This document details the privacy and data management policies for the use of the website www.acnoscoin.com (hereinafter the “Platform”) and services provided by ACNOS TAI CORP, domiciled at 2055 Limestone RD Ste 200-C, Wilmington, Delaware, USA (hereinafter “ACNOS”). By purchasing, browsing, visiting and interacting on the Platform, you automatically agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which apply to all users accessing the Platform.


1 – WHAT DOES ACNOS DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you register, buy or sell something on the Platform, as part of the buying and selling process, ACNOS collects the personal information you provide such as name, address, ID and email address.
When you browse the Platform, the Platform also automatically logs the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer or mobile device to provide information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

4 – ACNOSCOIN.COM
The Platform is hosted on ACNOS servers. ACNOS provides the e-commerce platform, Wallet and online sale of ACN Tokens that enables trading of products and service as well as investment in the ACNOS project (ACNOS).
Your data is stored through ACNOS data storage, databases and the ACNOS ICO app (app.acnoscoin.com). Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payments:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then ACNOS may store credit card data. This data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only to the extent necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After it is completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as outlined by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information from retailers and their service providers.
If you choose to pay with cryptocurrency BTC, ETH, etc, your corresponding user ID data will be stored in order to cash out, this data is deleted upon requesting an update to it or permanently deleting your ACNOS account, for which you will need to make an account deletion request to [email protected].
You must verify your account and provide the address of your BNB Wallet in order to receive ACN Tokens, the same will be stored along with your user data to be able to transfer your ACN Tokens acquired at the end of the ICO, this data is deleted upon requesting an update of the same or permanently delete your ACNOS account, for which you must make an account deletion request to [email protected].

5 – THIRD PARTY SERVICES
In general, third party service providers used by ACNOS will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide.
However, some third party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for purchase-related transactions.
